A Friendsgiving Feast With an Asian Twist. 

A Friendsgiving feast that blends the warmth, whimsy, nostalgia, and communal spirit of a traditional Thanksgiving gathering with the bold flavors, vibrant ingredients,
techniques, and culinary traditions of Asia. The experience will feature whimsical, colorful, and warmly inviting décor, creating a festive atmosphere that feels both familiar and unexpected.

The meal will be served in a thoughtfully paced sequence, blending formal courses with
family-style dishes to create a communal and celebratory dining experience. Guests will be welcomed with a drink and a small welcome snack, followed by a menu
that explores the bold, nuanced flavors, ingredients, and culinary traditions of East and
Southeast Asia through a Thanksgiving/Friendsgiving lens.

Fresh turmeric, bright orange & tropical passion fruit a vibrant, refreshing Indonesian-inspired welcome drink with warm spice, citrus, and a touch of tropical sweetness.

Maple Scallion Focaccia

Warm, pillowy focaccia infused with fragrant scallions and a light chili-maple glaze, topped with crispy shallot crunch and finished with flaky salt for a savory-sweet bite.

Grilled Miso-Sake Portobello

Shiitake - Miso Cream · Green Bean & Crispy Shallot Crumb · Roasted Garlic-Sesame Oil·Yuzu Kosho

A grilled portobello cap filled with creamy shiitake and white miso, finished with a crisp green bean, shallot crumb, roasted garlic-sesame oil, and bright yuzu kosho vinaigrette.

Take on the classic Thanksgiving stuffed mushroom, using earthy seasonal mushrooms, greenbeans, crispy shallots, and roasted garlic, while introducing Japanese-inspired flavors of white
miso, sake, sesame, and yuzu kosho.

Coconut Kabocha Soup

Silky kabocha and coconut soup with warm spices, roasted pepper relish, spiced coconut-seed crunch, crispy Thai basil, and flaky paratha for dipping.

Kabocha squash brings the familiar sweetness and comforting warmth of a traditional

thanksgiving squash dish, reimagined with aromatic curry spices, coconut, roasted peppers, and Thai basil.

 

Main Course Family Style

A vibrant Southeast Asian-inspired Thanksgiving feast served communally, featuring fragrant nasi kerabu, tender Penang-style duck breast, golden mini perkedel kentang, savory belacan-style broccolini, and crispy Brussels sprouts with sriracha aioli. A bright pear and daikon acar brings freshness and acidity to balance the rich and aromatic flavors.

A playful reinterpretation of the traditional Thanksgiving centerpiece and abundance of side dishes, transforming familiar elements like turkey, potatoes, and roasted vegetables into a colorful Southeast Asian-inspired family-style feast.

Rustic Sweet Potato Brûlée

Roasted sweet potato rounds served with a silky vanilla custard brûlée and bright candied orange, balancing earthy sweetness with citrus and a crisp caramelized finish.

A playful, elevated take on the classic Thanksgiving sweet potato dish, celebrating roasted sweet potatoes and warm, nostalgic flavors in a refined brûlée presentation.
