Complimentary extra 30 minute set up before your party time and 30 min clean-up after your allocated slot. If you need more time to set up or break down that exceeds the more than an hour, you will be charged additional fees.
Indoor Cocktail Event fits roughly 40 people
Indoor Seated Event - roughly 25 people (but up to 30)
Indoor + Outdoor Cocktail Event - up to 60 people
Indoor + Outdoor Seated Event - up to 40 people outside / 25 inside
With current furniture - seating for roughly 18 people
Extra tables and chairs can be rented from 123 On Third or you are welcome to bring your own.
